Felipe J. Flores III is the dedicated Director of Mental Health at the Lake Elsinore Unified School District, bringing a wealth of experience and commitment to student well-being. His journey began in 1999 as a school photographer, where he connected with students during senior picture sessions. This initial engagement ignited Felipe's passion for working with young people facing challenges.
